CEO’s Message:

“RORE continues to transform! RORE’s business model is expanding beyond environmental into energy management, remedial action for munitions, and construction.  RORE is fortunate to have a team of dedicated, customer-oriented engineers, geologists, scientists, construction, and administrative personnel.  Professional degrees include PE, PG, CEM, and LEED.  Our personnel also have top-security clearances.  With these terrific folks with over 150 years of collective experience, RORE is able to execute a majority of the projects in-house.

RORE is only as strong and as good as the team that supports its leadership.  It is my intent to foster a business culture where creativity, innovation, and technical knowledge are used to better the environment.  I believe that it is important to utilize and to empower professionals who are genuine, intelligent, technically-competent, motivated, have respect and regard for each other, and are willing to work hard and smart toward a common goal!

RORE is an Equal Opportunity Employer and I embrace diversity with respect to cultures, opinions, solutions, and technical capability.  This is evidenced through our work force who originates from China, India, Philippines, Poland, Mexico, and New Jersey!   They bring with them training in engineering (environmental, civil, structural, geotechnical, munitions/UXO), geology, construction, chemistry, GIS, database management, and communications!  This diversity in culture and technical expertise enrich RORE and make work a wonderful thing!

As we face challenging times in a highly competitive market, RORE understands the importance of forming strategic alliances with other businesses, and the need to provide innovative, cost-effective solutions to our clients.  As a result, RORE’s success stems, in part, from earning the trust of our customers.  For that, we are grateful!

Thank you for your interest in RORE and I look forward to an opportunity to work with you and your team!”
