Mr. David Brigg is RORE’s Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) Program Manager.  Mr. Briggs has over 30 years technical application of explosive ordnance disposal (EOD), explosives safety, and munitions maintenance experience, concurrent with project and program management practice in responsible positions.  As a retired commissioned EOD officer/commander in the United States Air Force, Mr. Briggs has over 13 years of experience as an unexploded ordnance (UXO) Field Technician/Supervisor.  He has proven expertise in hands-on EOD/UXO remediation services and supervising other technicians, managing EOD/UXO projects, and conducting military range ordnance clean-up.  Mr. Briggs currently holds a civilian Top Secret security clearance.
